Lines On Prints When Copying or Faxing From the Document Feeder

If when copying or faxing documents using the document feeder you get a black line down your prints you need to check and clean the thin piece of glass left of the scanner. Often whiteout, dirt or other material will get stuck on the glass and cause this to happen. To fix this simply clean the glass with glass cleaner (windex) and a paper towel.  If the problem continues you may have another issue with the scanner, give us a call for free technical support.
