ReplyDeleteAlmost identical but mark is black does that mean black imaging unit or could it still be the fuser?
It should either be the imaging unit or the developer. Swap the black imaging unit with another color and see if the mark switches to that color. If it does, then it is an imaging unit. If it stays with black, then it is the black developer.
